Component detail

Each layer has a defined role.

01

Lid

Project-specific closure architecture · engineering review required. Opening geometry, drinking access, cleaning access and assembly are reviewed against the intended use case.

02

Seal

Food-contact silicone direction. Compound, temperature range, compression and leak-test protocol are selected and verified for the final closure.

03

Inner vessel

Insulated steel. Food-contact surface, polishing or coating route and wall construction require supplier specification and sample approval.

04

Outer body

Double-wall vacuum direction · thermal performance confirmed by project testing. Wall thickness, forming tolerance and finish build are confirmed during engineering and sampling.

05

Base

Project-specific anti-slip pad or formed base direction. Attachment, drainage and cleaning access are reviewed before tooling.

Manufacturing route

Established processes, selected for the actual product.

Stainless-steel deep drawing, neck forming and project-specific welding / vacuum assembly. Tooling, tolerances, assembly sequence and validation plan are confirmed for the approved project specification.

Surface options
Powder coating, matte, gloss, brushed or project-selected CMF direction; electro-polishing where appropriate.
Decoration
Silk screen, pad print, laser engraving or UV print after artwork and adhesion review.
Packaging
White box, gift box or custom colour box with project-specific insert and protection.
Testing
Closure, leak, drop, thermal and material tests are defined according to the selected construction; no unverified result is claimed online.
