Each layer has a defined role.
Seal
Food-contact silicone direction. Compound, temperature range, compression and leak-test protocol are selected and verified for the final closure.
Inner vessel
Borosilicate glass and ceramic-touch polymer. Food-contact surface, polishing or coating route and wall construction require supplier specification and sample approval.
Outer body
Single-wall lightweight construction unless otherwise defined by the project. Wall thickness, forming tolerance and finish build are confirmed during engineering and sampling.
Base
Project-specific anti-slip pad or formed base direction. Attachment, drainage and cleaning access are reviewed before tooling.
Manufacturing route
Established processes, selected for the actual product.
Borosilicate forming or blow forming, annealing and component assembly. Tooling, tolerances, assembly sequence and validation plan are confirmed for the approved project specification.
