Engineering, finish and manufacturing

One product system.
One connected delivery chain.

Selected concepts move from visual intent into materials, sealing, tooling, manufacturing, decoration, packaging and verification—coordinated through one Ningbo-based program team.

Surface & packaging system

What buyers see.
And what protects it.

Finish and packaging are developed as part of the product—not added after the engineering is complete. Every option is selected against the agreed material, geometry, quantity and destination-market brief.

01 / Metal character

Brushed, polished or softly matte.

Stainless surfaces are specified for visual character, touch, cleanability and consistency before release.

02 / Coating & color

Controlled color with the right hand-feel.

Coating direction, texture and color matching are evaluated against substrate, use case and production process.

03 / Decoration

Brand marks placed for the object.

Laser engraving, print and other suitable methods are reviewed by geometry, material, artwork and order volume.

04 / Retail presentation

From quiet carton to gifting set.

Structure, opening sequence, insert and information hierarchy are aligned with the product and sales channel.

05 / Transit protection

Protection without visual clutter.

Inner support, abrasion control and shipper logic are considered alongside the retail presentation.

06 / Release artwork

One controlled packaging record.

Approved dielines, artwork, labels and deviations are recorded before production release.

Available processes and final specifications are confirmed for each project during engineering and sampling.

Development gates

Evidence before release.

Exact requirements depend on the product, destination market and agreed specification.

  1. 01
    Intent freeze

Use case, capacity, silhouette, interfaces and finish direction.

  2. 02
    Manufacturing engineering

Materials, wall sections, seal path, tolerance stack, tooling, assembly and finish route.

  3. 03
    Physical samples

Fit, handling, cleaning, leakage direction, finish and packaging reviewed on real parts.

  4. 04
    Release record

Approved specification, artwork, deviations and agreed verification evidence.

Original-design record

Keep the decisions traceable.

JKJ-PLUS records concept identifiers, dated visuals, component intent and approved revisions. That creates a practical chain of authorship and development evidence for the project.

Important distinction

An original concept record is not the same as a granted patent or registered design. Formal protection, freedom-to-operate review and filing strategy require qualified advisers in the relevant markets.
